I Need Help!!!!

Okay, I'm having a serious case of writers.... writers.... well, its not writers block, because I know what it is that I want to write. Maybe it's more like a serious case of writers ADD. Whenever I sit down to write, I just can't focus!! I get distracted by the frickin' internet. It's awful. In the past week I've written maybe two pages. Writing is what keeps me sane, and I'm freaking out, man!!! Is there anyone one out there that can give me there's words of wisdom? Maybe someone who's been in this situation and found a way to cope?
